As soon as we receive the payment confirmation, we will send the purchase within 48 business hours.You can follow the status of your purchase using your tracking number on www.usps.com. If your order is to be shipped to Brazil, you can use the same tracking number on http://www.correios.com.br/para-voce to check your purchase status.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return/exchange goods for any reason within 14 days after receiving it.

Xtrategy Nutrition will only accept returns for goods in perfection condition, sealed, and in their original packaging. Subject to the above, Xtrategy Nutrition will reimburse you the price paid for the returned merchandise less the invoiced delivery and PayPay transaction fees within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned goods. The return postage will be at your expense.

“We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on any orders, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to – you pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. You will be responsible for any shipping charges. USPS deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no person is present.”
Packages that have been Stolen/Seized/Lost/Delayed

We WILL NOT take responsibility for Stolen/Seized/Lost/Delayed packages on all orders. Xtrategy Nutrition IS NOT responsible for lost items with a delivered status. For us to keep our excellent prices we can not offer refunds on any packages that have been stolen, seized or lost. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If your package has been Stolen/lost or seized please contact your Customs or Postal carrier.

We have no control over how the carrier routes the package, delays or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible.
